MacArthur Park is a rather large collection of neighborhoods (Benwick, Avalon, ) and  is located right across from the Cary YMCA on Cary Parkway, close to the intersection of Cary Parkway and High House Road.  Houses are mid-market for Cary, priced between the high $200s to about $450,000.  The development was completed in the mid-1990’s, so lot sizes are slightly larger than newer neighborhoods and mature landscaping can be seen throughout.  This area is a stable one, with low turnover and friendly, close-knit neighborhoods, complete with homeowner’s association events and other social activities.
